/richlist/nativerichlist-nativePaginated richlist for the native XRP balance, ordered by balance DESC with the address as a deterministic tiebreaker. Each row is { address, balance, name, verified, verifiedBy, category } — balance is the XRP-denominated decimal string (drops / 1_000_000). Cursor is base64 of {balance, address}; pass it back verbatim to fetch subsequent pages. Sourced from a daily snapshot covering every funded XRPL account on the latest validated ledger.
